Refund Policy

At MOKSIT, we strive to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on clearance or special sale
  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will be picked up by our delivery partner
  • After inspection, the refund will be processed

4. Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Refund Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
  • It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 5–6 business days
  • Delivery time may vary based on location and unforeseen delays

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping is free
  • For size exchange or other reasons, minimal return charges may apply

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
